To help you to define what you really want from your home,
we offer the following services:

• Meeting to review your needs and desires in relation to
  your styling requirements;
• Preparing floor plans, preliminary selections of furniture,
  and architectural finishes;
• Meeting to review the preliminary floor plans, specifications and furniture budget (trade quotes to be estimated once design is approved) and discussing Council requirements;
• Preparing final plans – floor/furniture/lighting and plumbing
  to the agreed design;
• Revising the plans and specifications as required;
• Meeting for a final review of plans and specifications;
• Upon your signed approval of the plans, proceeding with
  final quotes for the design and build and confirmation of goods to be ordered and installed;
• Periodically visiting the site during installation to verify
  that the work is being done according to the design specifications.
